Data transparency

Privacy Policy

This policy describes information that may arise when people use this independent website, how it may be handled and where external services create a separate privacy relationship.

Policy scope

Privacy for this independent website

This Privacy Policy applies to the Rummy Try India information website and its English and हिन्दी pages. It does not apply to a Rummy Try operator, account platform, payment provider, application publisher or any other external destination. Those services control their own collection and should provide their own privacy information. Review it before supplying personal data or installing software.

The site is not the official Rummy Try website and has no account registration, login, payment, withdrawal or KYC system. It does not intentionally ask for gaming passwords, OTPs, bank passwords, UPI PINs, card PINs or identity documents. Do not send those details through any contact that claims to represent this site. A future communication channel must be added with a clear purpose and matching privacy controls.

  • Applies only to this independent website.
  • Does not govern an external account or operator.
  • No login, registration, KYC or payment form.
  • No intentional collection of passwords, OTPs or payment PINs.

Technical information

Hosting and security logs may record request data

Like most websites, the hosting environment may automatically receive an IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status, referring page, user agent, device or browser characteristics and diagnostic information. Such logs can support delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, security investigation and technical troubleshooting. The exact fields and retention can depend on the hosting and security configuration.

Technical data should be accessed only for legitimate operational purposes and retained no longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law and infrastructure requirements. It should not be presented as a Rummy Try customer database. This website does not create a proprietary account profile, deposit ledger, game history or KYC repository for visitors.

Cookies and analytics

Browser storage and the configured measurement script

Site functions, security controls or hosting services may set cookies or similar storage for essential operation, preferences, sessions, abuse prevention or administration. The website also includes a disclosed third-party measurement service. It may make network requests and process technical identifiers according to its own configuration and policies.

The website does not claim that no cookies are ever used. Browser settings can block or clear storage, although some functionality may be affected. The Cookie Policy explains common categories and control choices in more detail. The site owner should review the live configuration, consent requirements and actual third-party behaviour whenever services change.

  • Essential site or security storage may apply.
  • A disclosed third-party measurement service is loaded on pages.
  • Browser controls can limit or clear storage.
  • Live service and hosting changes require a fresh privacy review.

Information you choose to provide

No contact form is currently implemented

The current Contact page publishes no invented email, telephone number or message form because no verified communication workflow has been established. As a result, this website does not process a contact submission. If a real channel is introduced later, the site should explain what information is requested, why it is needed, who can access it, how long it is retained and how a person can make a relevant privacy request.

Even through a legitimate future channel, users should provide the minimum necessary information. A page URL, device description and redacted screenshot may be enough for a site issue. Do not provide a gaming password, OTP, payment PIN, full bank statement, card image, government identity copy or KYC material. Account and transaction issues belong to the independently operated service.

External destinations

Leaving this website changes the data controller

Primary access buttons use a local fixed gateway and then redirect to an independently operated external destination. The gateway is configured not to retain a redirect response in cache and not to send a referrer header, but the external destination can still receive information directly from the browser when it loads. It may use cookies, accounts, analytics, payments and other data practices beyond this site's control.

Inspect the full destination address and read its privacy information before entering a phone number, credential, identity detail or financial information. An external link is not a representation that its privacy practices are identical to this policy. This site is not responsible for external collection, retention, sharing, security or user-rights handling. Avoid opening links from unsolicited messages that imitate either service.

  • External services have their own privacy controllers and policies.
  • The fixed gateway does not make them part of this website.
  • Review permissions and privacy terms before installing software.
  • Keep sensitive information out of unverified pages and chats.

Security and retention

Use proportionate safeguards and limited access

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should protect website systems and any data that legitimately arises. Examples include access controls, software updates, secure transport, backups, monitoring and limiting administrative privileges. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should also maintain updated devices, unique passwords and private recovery codes.

Information should be deleted, anonymised or aggregated when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to security, legal, backup and operational needs. Retention choices should be reviewed when hosting, analytics or plugins change. A security incident should be investigated and handled according to applicable obligations, with notices provided where legally required and materially relevant.

Choices and requests

Browser controls and applicable privacy rights

Users can adjust browser cookie settings, clear stored site data, limit permissions, use private browsing and choose not to follow an external link. Some controls can affect functionality. Depending on applicable law and whether this website holds identifiable information, a person may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a complaint to an appropriate authority.

The Contact page explains that no verified direct channel is currently published. A rights-request channel should not be invented. When a controlled contact method is added, requests should be verified proportionately without asking for unnecessary identity material. This policy may be updated as actual practices change; the version displayed on the page should be reviewed together with the Cookie Policy and Terms.
